So, I put some music in a project. I saved and switched out of edit. I decided to play my little game, and I realized I forgot to put anything stopping the 2 pieces of music from playing at the same time. I switched into edit and I realized that the sprite that controls pretty much the ENTIRE GAME is gone.. but the project acts like the deleted script is still there, and I can still play normally. What happened?

Its a glitch. Its obviously a glitch.

But if you didn't save it, I think it will be purposely gone.

Could you share the project so i could have a look? If the project is still working fine then the scripts are obviously still there, just maybe out of sight for whatever reason

If the script is there now and all is working as expected we can't really help. You need to share it when the project still seems to work but the script appears to have gone.
