I am making a scratch book, google drive asked me, do I have a conformed licence to upload a picture? So do I have a conformed licence to take snapshots of the scratch page and stuff? Thanks!

I'm not a total expert on licenses, so don't take my word totally accurate, but since Scratch runs on the Creative Commons license, they allow anyone to use screenshots of their program without permission.
