Cloud variables are already implemented, they just aren't turned on at the moment.

The “restart project” block has an easy workaround. Just make each script start with a broadcast (instead of green flag) and broadcast that to restart the project.
The open url block is a bad idea (and it would be %s), because what if you entered an inappropriate site in there, or made it open 500 sites?

Let's try and keep it to one suggestion per forum topic so that each idea gets a real in-depth discussion, okay?
