Problems with Chrome
After using Scratch on my Chromebook for a week, my projects no longer show up. When I open my project, I get a white screen. I'm wondering if it's a problem with Flash not downloading or an issue with our network. Any thoughts?

Problems with Chrome
Your problem probably has to do with the fact that Scratch doesn't work very well with Chrome. Have you tried using IE or Firefox?

I have that problem too; however, I'm on Win7. I normally just refresh/restart browser. Or wait on the page for ~a min.

Try emptying your cache.

Problems with Chrome
I have this problem occasionally on Internet Explorer 10, both on Windows 7 and 8. Except instead of a completely white screen the navigation bar at the top shows as well as the “More Projects” black bar at the bottom. However, nothing else shows: no project, comments, studios. If I clear my cache, that doesn't help. If I refresh the page, it doesn't help. If I close and reopen my browser, that doesn't work, either. If I log in and out of Scratch, that, too, doesn't fix the problem. The only thing that fixes it for me is logging out and back on to my computer, or if that doesn't work shutting down usually does. Usually time just fixes the issue for me. I've also encountered this issue more often when my internet connection is poor, so check if yours is. I hope the cause of this particular issue can be discovered.
