Put ignore list back!

In 1.4, there was the IGNORE LIST. it was a very good idea and was very useful for many Scratchers.
NOW IN 2.0,POOF! it disaperred! I dont have any idea WHY ST removed it but why not putting it back!!?? I seriously dont understand why its removed.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
