“Location not given”は、「場所(この場合は国)が指定されていない」という意味です。
変更するには、画面右上の自分のIDをクリックして、メニューから「アカウント設定」を選びます。
日本にしたい場合、「Location」のメニューをクリックして「Japan」に変えてから「Save my changes」をクリックします。

次回からは、「質問コーナー」を使うとよいと思います。
