I would like to start a Scratch record label. It would be like MonsterCat or Monster Scratch.
I would run a separate account for the label, but no one else could get into it, as it would primarily be for advertising. I could also start a website for the same reason. We could maybe use SoundCloud or Bandcamp to market the music. Our label would have music for all genres. I will now describe more things in better detail:

Team Communication
We would communicate on our own special forum thread.

Positions
Our positions would be:

Leader (Me)
Manager (Makes sure everyone is on the same page, if you know what I mean)
3 Artist Seekers (Try to discover Scratch artists and run a special forum thread where artists can give song links)
2 Advertisers (Make sure we get publicity, work with the leader (me!) to get that publicity. They will also get the help of Scratch shops to get art, ads, etc.)
3 - 5 coders (Code the projects for different songs and “albums”, and must be good at making Scratch projects)
2 - 3 artists (Make sprites and backgrounds for the projects)
3 - 5 original musicians (Make music for promotional projects)

Heh, i just noticed 3 people found this from collaboration and we're all from the same one Hyper Cloud XD. I might join, but i'll have to see. Just a suggestion if you have artists watch some Monstercat Videos. They use Adobe After Affects. Try what they do with random sprites! GL dude and have fun!
