Can someone make it so you can convert your Scratch projects to .exe applications or .swf flash movies.

But Scratch is just a simple programming website, not an interactive file editor. In that case, I definitely would've supported. But, people could just convert their Scratch projects and sell them as if they did all the coding and such. However, Scratch could make an application that could turn a project into an app window, then you could simulate the project as an interactive file. Still…

Scratch does not need this feature, but if you need it, it wouldn't take very long to write your own translator and compiler.

there is already a program for this not sure if it works with 2.0 though and it can be done quite easily as per drmcw

If everyone could make .swfs, I fear there would be an influx of cruddy projects being uploaded to .swf game hosting sites like Newgrounds or Kongregate.
