anyone know a mod or way to do this?

You could just use a external program to re-map the controllers buttons and make them match those of the game. Other than that, I don't know of any other way.

I don't know of any other way.I want this to be a 2 player game (one uses mouse + keyboard other uses controller) , it sounds like your idea would replace the keyboard controlls if i understand you right. You could just use a external program to re-map the controllers buttons and make them match those of the game. Other than that,

Depending on how accurate the mouse movements need to be, you could map the analog stick to the arrow keys, then make a sort of pseudo-mouse that moves with the arrow keys in game.
