Prevent your project from being added to a studio (45 supporters!!)
These things are either by chance, on purpose, or just by accident.(#239)Here's the thing, not a lot of people want fame or attention. They make projects for fun, not for fame. For example, if I were to be featured or put on the front page, I would take down the project and reshare it to avoid all the fame and attention. Scratch isn't fun when you have to worry about fame. What if someone likes your projects, and wants to share them with other Scratchers? We don't want our projects from being added to an AE Studio!

No Support - Why wouldn't you want your project in a studio? Do you not want it to get seen?

that's some facts right there. also , it's pretty annoying when people don't even ask. Here's the thing, not a lot of people want fame or attention. They make projects for fun, not for fame. Genuine question-If you're scratching for fun and don't want people to see your project, why share the project in the first place? You can still have fun making the project.

Because some people think if your project is in a spam studio, that would make them look bad, and desperate Genuine question-If you're scratching for fun and don't want people to see your project, why share the project in the first place? You can still have fun making the project.

I semi-support this. The only two notification-sending methods I know are asking a curator+ through a profile comment and reporting the project out of the studio. The issue is that for larger Scratchers, it becomes too much of a hassle. If the ST does not add this, a possible solution would be adding a different feature: trying to add another player's project to a studio will notify them, and they will have to click a button to allow the project to actually be added, with a maximum of one attempt per studio. I think the different feature would be better, as it still allows yourself to add projects to studios, as well as other people, just with more awareness of what is happening to the projects.

It would improve the Scratch experience and lighten the load of Add them All studios on the servers. Even if it messes with the Share aspect a little, it wouldn't much due to the fact that the type of studio this is meant to stay away from never sees anyone looking at the contained projects. I mean this would be useful but wouldn't this go against share?

I'm sorta on the fence here. First off… I mean, you will get noticed slightly more without it, but also, I get how it can be annoying to have your projects added to random, unrelated studios.
So… 50% support on this.
Edit: One thing however; this would prevent it from being added to relevant studios by others, meaning they can't add it to a studio that is the same topic as the thing you made. Also, they can just advertise with links, or (god forbid if you hate popularity) propose it to be featured/curated. So, there's not a ton of benefit I see in this.
20% support ig.

Prevent your project from being added to a studio (45 supporters!!)
Semi-support. <snipped>
Pros:
- Would give users more control of where they want their project to go
- Very useful especially if it's a mass amount of studios that it keeps getting added are ones you don't curate or manage
Cons: - Only useful in certain contexts
- Somewhat goes against the community guidelines about remix culture in certain jurisdictions

Semi-support.
I would recommend an option to remove project from the Studios tab of the project. (So people don’t need to look for their buried projects in Add Everything Studios)

Prevent your project from being added to a studio (45 supporters!!)
This is rejected per this post
Once a project is shared on Scratch - it's kind of thought of as community property - to be remixed or added to studios as others see fit. That being said, I believe you have the ability to remove your project from a studio, if you object to it being there. Or, you can report it if it's being added in harassing way. But I don't think it's likely that a fundamental change disallowing addition to studios is likely - it goes against the sharing spirit of Scratch.
