When i saw my sister was blocked, because it was used to go around a block on another acount, i was confused. None of our accounts were blocked. I think when it says that, it should say what account it was.

You mean when an account gets blocked for being used while another account of the same person is blocked it should say which account has the block that that account is being used to get around?

If so, what if more than one account is blocked?

This account has been banned for being an alt of _username_

but i think that is only when that account was made before the ban
(PS the account _username_ was just an example! sorry if anyone feels offended if that is your username!)
