First of All. It's Called an “Avatar”.

Second of All, Here How to Do it.

First Click Your Username at the Top and Click “Profile”. Then Mouse Over Your Avatar (The White Cat on the Blue Background) and Click “Change”. Then Select Your Pic. Done. Sorry if I Didn't Explain it Well Enough.

thanks but i already know how to do that i want to figure out how to make show, something that moves around.

If you want one that moves around, then use a .gif image as your icon.
