Mayors of Degrees Ideas
-Customer Service (being polite and informative to customers)
-Management (being able to effectively manage a team well)
-Gaming (know gaming terms, can code game features such as sensors, good design skills)
-Standard Programming (programming a project well based on the brief, general coding)
-General Collaboration (active, punctuality, acting well on instructions)
Methods of Testing
-Senarios (blah blah blah and what would you do?)
-Make a project based on a brief
-Simple Testing and Teaching
I thought that there would be no official test at the end, but the learners carry on till they pass. There could also be advanced courses (advanced management, advanced programming)
I would definitely teach Customer Service. We should design a front-page.

Yes, I think we should only accept trainers/teachers who have done it before as it would be quite difficult to teach people to teacher.
I think we should get Haiming in. He's managed one of the biggest shops on scratch and it would be a good way for him to clear his name. We can also get MTBH and two more people and that would be it. I recommend HarryB178. You should only be able to teach through invite.

Introduction
Independent Tutors are scratchers who can teach CCCC courses outside of the college. Once a student has graduated from a SPeC, they can become an independent tutor verified by CCCC. As an independent tutor, they must teach their specialised subject based on the syllabus and test their students based on the criteria. Once a scratcher has become a independent tutor, they can receive the resources and material to teach their course.
Application
Independent Tutor's Graduation Form
Independent tutors can apply to validate their graduates using this form, but can only request one per week. Please allow one week for all the necessary checks.
Code of Conduct for Tutors
-Always allow the trainees enough time for deadlines
-Be kind will critical feedback
-Give pointers for where your trainees can improve
-Teach your trainees according to the course criteria

Great, all teachers/trainers/instructors could specialise in one subject.
I will do customer service, management would definately be Haiming if he joins, you could do whatever you want and Harry and MTBH could take the next spaces. I'll leave a message on each of their profiles asking if they want to join.

About
Crimson & Co's College of Collaborations was set up on the 13th August 2015 by Crimson19 and Co49. The reason for this college is that some collaborations have their own training department while most smaller collaborations cannot have their own training. Hence, this collaboration was made to allow universal training for scratchers in a variety of degrees to help with collaboration. It allows the graduates to show their skill to all collaborations without having to be trained again and have a standard proof of skill while it allows collaboration leaders to know that they are accepting well trained and skilled members.
Tutors
-Crimson19, (specialises in Customer Service and founder member)
-Co49 (specialises in ? and founder member)
Courses and Subjects

SPeC members have the opportunity to become a tutor and can have a say in the future of the college.

Partnership System
Collaborations and shops may become partners with CCCC. There are two different types of partnerships that we offer.
Partner
The requirements to become a partner of CCCC:
1. Post the following code at the top of your first post:
We acknowledge and accept Crimson & Co's College of Collaboration Degrees
2. One of your positions in your collaboration must require a CCCC degree but this cannot be the leader position.
In return for this, we will post a link to your shop on our first post in big text under partners. This deal only ends if the partnered shop become inactive. If this happens and you reboot, please just remind us.
Endorser
*We will offer this type of partnership soon*
An endorser is required to do much more than a partner but they receive an individual service from CCCC. They must
1. Post the following code at the top of your first post:
We acknowledge and accept Crimson & Co's College of Collaboration Degrees
2. Place our banner at the top, underneath your title with a link to CCCC.
3. A large proportion of your collaboration positions require CCCC degrees.
In return we will:
1. Post an advertisement in our first post under endorsers.
2. Offer to train your whole collaboration.
3. Offer to train your collaboration with tailored degrees.
4. Suggest your collaboration to new graduates and help your collaboration when necessary.

Awesome Certification .
Once upon a time I had an idea for a department in my shop called “Shop Certifications”. These would hand our certifications to shops and companys of different sizes. If you'd like I can create that now and when they actual pass the course and make the shop they could go there for different certifications .

And what would the tutor to trainee ratio be?
And we need the criteria for each standard course.
If you'd like I'll read all the long posts, give my specificity and create some criteria.

Standard Customer Service
Standard Management
Standard Gaming
Standard Programming (programming a project well based on the brief, general coding)
Standard General Collaboration (active, punctuality, acting well on instructions)
Advanced Courses and SPeC
^ I can pretty much teach anything but given the choice I would specialize in management, advanced management, and standard programming. But I would teach every other course as well .
I'm pretty flexible in ability but not so flexible on time . I'll have to make some pre-made courses.

@MTBH
That's great and thanks! Sorry I do not quite understand the certificate idea, could you explain it a bit more? If you could help with criteria for each course then that would be great. The other two invited are HarryB178 and Haiming but have not decided yet. On this pre-made courses thing, once you have a speciality in one course then you can send us possible scenarios, tasks and lessons so your trainees can be taught while you are away. :-)
Welcome to the team Makethebrainhappy, good to have you on board!

Thanks .
About the certificate idea, lets say someones taking a course in managing or advanced managing. They'll graduate and make a shop or company. But how will people know that this shop is credible. I've had this idea that shops can apply for certifications at my shop. I do services for companies and I was thinking of adding this. If I ever do make certifications I could have a special certifications for graduates of this college.
