Stonebarrow Lives RP centers around a town I created for the roleplay called, you guessed it, Stonebarrow! I decided to make a town for this roleplay because I've seen so many MLP roleplays where your pony lives in Ponyville or Canterlot or another city in the show. Since Stonebarrow is completely made up and not canon within the series, the roleplayers can shape the town into anything, although I see it as having a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. All of the roleplay studios I came across also put a limit on how many characters you can have. In Stonebarrow Lives you can have a hundred characters if you wanted, as long as you roleplayed as all of them.

If someone doesn't roleplay as a certain character for a month or longer, the character is now considered dead because the creator doesn't bother to include him/her anymore. Once a character is dead, it cannot be revived. If a roleplayer is not able to roleplay at all for some reason, that is forgiven, and the characters will not be announced dead. Characters are only dead if an active roleplayer just stops including them for absolutely no reason.

Your character(s) will have a specific role in the roleplay. For example, my pony, Copper Forge, is the blacksmith. He makes the tools that ponies may need and even does special orders. Blacksmiths can have an apprentice, and Copper Forge currently does not have one. Other roles include Mayor, Librarian, Specialized Sales-pony, Regular Sales-pony, Teacher, Student, Restaurant Owner, and Farmer. Obviously the roles of students are taken up by children. If there is a ‘(s)’ after the role, that means there can be multiple characters taking up that role.

Usually child characters are created by roleplayers because they want to be a child, but in Stonebarrow Lives your character can get married to other characters and be a parent. If you decide to go that route, the child will be played by either you or the creator of your character's spouse.

I have created a guide for new players. It doesn't answer everything, but it does cover genetics, occupations, and more. Also I would like to state that Stonebarrow Lives is strictly an OC roleplay, meaning players cannot roleplay as ponies from within the show, only as original ponies created by them. I uploaded a Pony OC Giveaway today. It's first come first served. There are 6 ponies. 3 male and 3 female. 2 Earth Ponies, 2 Unicorns, and 2 Pegasai. They already have biographies but you can choose what occupation they have. Also you can only take one.
