How to make a better ad! In 10 simple steps!
This is a REALLY REALLY good guide! But there are still people who advertise their projects in featured projects. I recommend you making this guide into a project, we all will suggest it to be featured!

How to make a better ad! In 10 simple steps!
Thank you for the suggestion!
Is this good? I want to be on the title page
I have a brand new realistic Clash Royale Super Magical chest I have been working on. Its good, but it loads a bit long, with good qualtiy
Can you please like the project and follow me? Please help me evaluate my project to how good it is:
1. Rating out of 10
2. What glitches / How to make it better (suggestions)
3. Feedback on the project (how good is it?)
PLEASE COMMENT IN MY SECTION AND STAR AND FAVORITE!

How to make a better ad! In 10 simple steps!
THIS THREAD IS NOT THE PLACE TO ADVERTISE YOUR PROJECTS/STUDIOS, MAKE A NEW THREAD FOR THAT
I got the idea for this topic from the ITopic by @greenflash (on the old forums). So credit to them.
This forum is great for advertising your projects or studios. It can get you a lot more views, but only if you use it in the right way. Here are ten simple steps, to make your topic get more views:
1. The title
The title is the first thing that everyone will see. It's also the only thing you can see, before actually going to the thread. You need to make sure that you're title is interesting or engaging enough, to persuade people to go to your thread. Many new Scratchers make the mistake of putting their title in caps. Yes it can be more eye-catching to use capital letters in your title, but it makes you whole topic look unprofessional, and people may discard your project as another “5 minute” project. Another way to achieve more views on your title is to be specific. Don't make the title something like “my game”. People will be unsure what you're game is about, and will likely just leave the topic alone. If you want to get more views, put the name of your project as the title. It's also a good idea to list the genre. This way, people who like a specific type of game, are more likely to view your topic, because they know it's a type of game they like.
2. Put in a link about your project
Once you've got a name for your topic, put in a link to your topic. If you don't put in a link and say something like “it's my featured project” many people will not be bothered to go on to your profile and click on that project. If you don't even tell people how to find your project, that's even worse! To put in a link, click the “link” icon at the top of your message. Copy and paste the link to your project. Where it says “your text here” put in something like “check out my latest game, pong!”
3. Tell people about your project
Don't just put in a link to your project! Tell people about some of the features your project includes, to get people excited. You could put in the project's instructions, for example, “This is a pong game I made. Press the green flag to start. Move the mouse pointer to move your paddle and hit the ball against the wall, for as long as you can. You could include what your game has that makes it different from other games of the same type. For example ”This pong game also includes multiple difficulty levels, and a cloud high score!" This helps to get people interested and show that you put work in to your project.
4. Add some images!
People will be more interested if there are some images in your topic! Put in some pictures of the project thumbnails or some game play pictures. You can do this by saving the picture to your hard drive. Going here. Uploading your images and copying the link. Then, click the icon with the picture of the tree (next to the “link” icon). Paste the link, and that's it! Adding images will show that you're serious about you're project and will get more views.
5. Use proper formatting and spelling
If you spell things wrong, or use incorrect grammar, your ad will look unprofessional, and people will be less likely to view your project. Which of these looks better to you? “This is my Pong project! I spent a lot of time on it, and I would really appreciate it if you tried it out and gave me some feedback!” Or, “Ths Is meh png preject. i spnt ay lot of tyme on it i would appreciat if you tride it and gave meh some fedbak”. I'll leave it up to you to decide which one is more interesting and engaging. Remember, to also use features such as bold, italics, small letters, big letters, quotes,'s and underlines, but only if you can fit them nicely in to your ad. This will make your ad look well formatted and neat.
6. Be friendly!
Try to be friendly in your posts! This will let people see that your helpful and you obviously care about the outcome of your project. People are also more likely give suggestions and leave comments as they know that you will take that in to account and reply in a helpful way. You can do this by just changing your words around a bit. For example, instead of saying “LOOK AT MY PROJECT OR ELSE” say “I would love it if you had a look at my project!”.
7. Ask for suggestions
If you want people to tell you how you can improve, then tell them! Say something like “Please tell me what I can improve in this game”. If you want specific comments, then say something specific! For example, “Do you think the game is to difficult?” or “How do you like the graphics?”. People are more likely to give feedback if you invite them to do it. Otherwise, they might not bother, or they might be shy. This can help you improve on what your fans want.
8. Be creative!
This perhaps the most important thing to do. You don't have to follow the steps in this thread. You don't have to do what others are doing! Just be creative! Do what suits you! Scratchers are more likely to view your project if your ad is creative and engages the user. If you have an idea, then try it out!
9. Give updates
So, you've posted your topic? Now what? There's one thing to do! Give updates! People are more likely to view your project if they see that you're active! Posting updates is something that helps your view count in many ways. Firstly, it bumps your topic right up to the top of the topic list. It also lets people know what your doing. People will see new features and want to try out your project again. This is something you shoudl definitely do, just remember to follow the steps above, when posting.
10. Bump your topic
If you have no announcement or updates to post, then you have no other choice. You must resort to the famous “bump”. Bump your topic by simply posting “Bump”! Your topic is now at the top of the show and tell forum. This will let more people see your ad, giving you more views. Remember, only bump your topic, every 24 hours, otherwise it can be considered spam.
Thank for reading this guide! Please give me some feedback on how this guide can be improved by leaving comment! Thank you for your support and,
Scratch on!,
