I have a good friend and i feel close enough to take pictures of myself and send it to that friend And i need to know if thats against the community guidelines

It's a signature. They are placed at the bottom of every post that a user makes if they have it configured. A post finishes at the grey line, what is below is placed there automatically.

You probably don't want to put a picture on of yourself. Anybody can see and access it.

Yeah… I would suggest not doing it, since private chats are not allowed, anyone can see your picture.

And is this a friend you have on the internet, or real life?

If it is on the internet, I would strongly encourage to not do it at all…
