Scratch Collab Fire Triangle

Motivation
First of all, there is Motivation. You have to give everyone a reason to work at it: the final product.
What are we working towards, what are our goals?

Quality
Some people take this one too far and get nothing done. Get the quality to a point, but no further. You must strive to achieve that point!
Do you want to play a sloppy game? Or a realistic smooth game? But do you want a short ultra-realistic game? Or a longer kind-of realistic game?

Efficiency

This is something most collabs lack on.
You need active contributors, and some order in the ciaos.
You either need a Chain of Command, or a manageable Span of Control.

That is why most collabs burn out. Similar to the Fire Triangle, if you don't have one, the fire, (in this case, the collab), will burn out.

If you want to join, just say I want to join. There is no job application process yet. (To find the best place in this collab for you). There will be. - k9lego.

Orange: General Requests Ex. I need a person to do this.
* All questions can go up the chain, even Technical ones. It is preferred if you ask a fellow Programmer or a Head Programmer.
