So I created a project and one guy remixed it. He barely changed the icons (it was an OS trailer) and changed the words up a bit (some he didn't). Should I report it or is it OK?

To me, it looks semi-plagiarismic, but he did give credit and edit it a bit.

My thoughts: it doesn't count as long as you don't ask him to take it down.
