Did she say it to you on Scratch?
If yes, click report. If the Scratch Team did not respond, it means that:
1. They are not yet online.
2. They are busy updating the Scratch 2.0
3. They did not think that it was inappropriate.

The comment should have been deleted already if you reported it and refreshed the page - reporting should have deleted the comment. Also, the Scratch Team won't always get to a comment that quickly.
