You are able to flip images in editor and get rid of the white spaces.

To flip the images go to the costume you want to flip. Then click the button in the top corner, I forget what it looks like but if you put your mouse on it it says “Flip left” or something like that.

To get out white, instead of erasing it all, there is one fill in tool which shows a red line, which when you fill with it, it clears that color, kinda like using the fill button to erase.

Hoped this helped.

He means in game, you can't flip the actual sprite except for left and right

Actually, the “flip vertically” block can be done this way:

set rotation style [left-right v]
point in direction (-90 v)

Also, the “go to url” block isn't a great idea because some websites aren't appropriate.

It would be really nice if you allowed accents in texts, though. I speak as a French, we make great use of these, in letters such as é or è, and their absense is leaving my kinds dumbfounded on many occasions. Our accents exist within UTF-8, they're not that weird
