Have The Bad Word Detector Tell People What Bad Word They Wrote
So I Was Just For Fun, Writing The Usernames Of My Followers In A Studio, And Suddenly, A Red Warning Comes Up And Ambushes Me Saying “Hmm… The Bad Word Detector Thinks That There Is A Problem With Your Text. Please Change It And Remember To Be Respectful” When I Didn't Do A Thing! I Was Erasing Multiple Usernames From The List And Didn't Know The Correct One To Remove! I Want It To Make It So It Will Explain What Bad Word you Used, In case You Were Typing In Random Stuff And A Bad Word Turned Out To Have Been Typed, Or If It Malfunctions It Can Just Tell You What To Remove.

Check out my games, if you want to. I make sure to share a cool variety, but even though I haven't shared much, I try to make each one count, but they can only count to 7 so far.

Did anyone tell you I was a Time Lord? You should know. I live in Fourtrees, with my good friends Germany, England, America, and my fellow pokemon Skitty and Delcatty. We go to Hogwarts and battle Titans.

I think it should highlight the word instead of type it out. It would be more unassuming, considering an official GUI with sensitive words in it would be… Well, sensitive.

Support for this idea, even though I've never been alerted. I think it should highlight the word instead of type it out. It would be more unassuming, considering an official GUI with sensitive words in it would be… Well, sensitive.
Stop saying that something could potentially confuse a New Scratcher as justification of saying No Support!

Is this really a good idea? Imagine, for example, that “burg” was a bad word:
Isn't it a bad idea to tell kids what words are bad words? Some people might then ask their parents what words mean (*shudder*) or something else…
I also don't know if Scratch would be considered a “safe” site if it sometimes explicitly mentioned bad words to its users.
If someone can explain to me how this wouldn't pose an issue, that would be much appreciated.
I like burgers!
There's a problem with your comment - it contains the word “burg” which is on the blacklist.or:

Semi Support. What Good Does The Bad Word Detector Do If…. uggggh………………..
Semi support. What good does the bad word detector do if you don't know what was detected? But then again, what would the outcome look like? Displaying bad words probably aren't a good idea.
