Scratch is for kindergartners?

At the bottom of a scratch page it says that scratch is for kindergartners. That doesn't even make sense, does it EpicPika? 'cause I believe it says “Scratch is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab”.

It says on the Scratch help, “Scratch is designed especially for ages 8 to 16, but is used by people of all ages.” Look for yourself if you don't believe me. This is the Scratch help link (Look under the first video.) (UNDER the “Who uses Scratch?”.)
