it's true, there isn't one.
so why was this thread made ?

Well, od course we do, but trying to make a topic about it and force-fit it into a forum category where it doesn't belong isn't going to help.

The best thing to report those cases by using the flag/report function on the Scratch website. That way, the Scratch Team can take a look and remove the content if necessary.
