There should be a way to see the post that you are reporting after you clicked Report, so you know that you are reporting the post you want.

Here is a example of what I mean:

If I was to report a post that mentioned names (the names mentioned in here are my account(joshuaho) and backup account(gameprogrammer), it could look something like this:

Post you are reporting:

So, there was this scratcher named gameprogrammer who copied my projects. Here is the link. Should I flag it?

Please enter a short reason why you are reporting this post.

So, by seeing the post while you are typing the reason, you will know what post you are reporting and not report a wrong one.
