Scratch 1.3 is a bit old, why would you want it?

The ST no longer supply the download but some scratchers have 1.3 copies and some of those are public.

the undo button! 1.4 replaced it with undelete!

I think @djdolphin had a scratch archive but he gave it to someone else to run, and idk where it is now.

Keep in mind you need a Squeak VM to run it.
