No; we decided to remove the wiki page on it after the huge debate over it. We decided to add the block to a page of obselete blocks, but it won't have its own individual page.

Anyways, I still wonder what this block did/does…

It technically did nothing visible. Just ran code and triggered something so the ST knew it was or wasn't working.
