I can't see the images, but I think this would be a good addition. It can help users express themselves in a whole new way. The profile pictures allow users to express themselves, but they are quite small. Maybe there can also be a few preset images, such as a pattern of Scratch characters? Maybe there could also be a color picker if someone wanted to select a solid color for their background. There could also be an option for reporting the wallpaper, in case someone abuses it. New Scratchers may also have to have a restriction on this, maybe only allowing them to select the premade images or solid colors. Animated images may have to be not allowed for a wallpaper, as they can lag the site.
