Supporting 78%; I feel like it's really cool, but could easily get worsened when a joke account puts eye bleeding colors going in every direction on the wallpaper.

So one thing I think should be a feature is maybe the ability to turn all wallpapers off, all but yours off, all on but yours, or all on. this way it can be more of an option for all?

Support! I'd go for a set of themes by the Scratch team to prevent abuse. However, Sudomemo and Ask.fm both have it. Since Sudomemo's aimed at children, why can't we?

The only thing is that people could draw inappropriate things. So when you click the “Report this user” button, instead of just having “Username,” “Icon,” “About Me,” and “What I'm Working On,” they'd have to add “Wallpaper.”

Sounds like a nice feature, but it needs to be optional. Not just from the profile owner's side, but also from the viewer's side. You see, an image that big would take ages to load on a slow connection and would cost a lot of money on mobile data, as well as ruining the clean look of the Scratch interface. So if anything like this were to be implemented, it would need the following conditions:

You can't upload an animated GIF. That would be incredibly distracting
Users - even logged-out ones - can opt not to see the background

I agree 100%. I don't like an extreme lack of color. To address other people's concerns (that have been answered many times if you'd actually read…)
1) Inappropriate pictures can be reported easily like profile pictures
2) There should be a setting to turn it off on all pages for those who don't like the “clashing colors”
3) Those concerned about seizures, gifs should not be allowed to be used for this.
Also, those of you who don't support, try suggesting something to possibly improve it instead of fighting with people, it's rude (which against CG) and annoying.
Don't put just “support” or “no support”, provide a reason.

Profile pictures and studio thumbnails are smaller; profile wallpapers take up a large portion of the screen.
