'What the community is loving' criteria
Is there a certain criteria for a project to get on ‘what the community is loving’?
For example, do projects go on there if they get a certain amount of love-its in a certain amount of time, and is there a limit to how many projects replace others as they get out-dated from being there too long.

I'm pretty sure it is the projects with the most love-its accumulated in the previous 7 days.
My specs: Windows 8.1.2 - 3 GB RAM - Intel Core2 Quad - IE11
