Remixes & Exports Allowed Option
Remixing turned off has been “no” for a long time.
Also, screen captures? Sound recorders? Looking at a script and manually copying it?
You cant stop that if someone implimented the feature

No so sure I support… mainly due to the share in the Scratch motto. Great idea, though.

Even if they wanted to implement this, they couldn't. It is against the law. Their license states that the source is open and editable/redistrobutable, and Scratch can't change the licenses. See http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode

Wrong.Of course it gas no legal meaning. All the “Do NOT remix!!!!” on projects have no legal meaning, because by sharing scratch projects, you agree to make it under Creative Commons Share alike.
But it does have a moral one. For example, only a dishonest person would remix it.
I'm very honest, and I would probably remix it to teach the person a lesson on one of the many things that Scratch is about.

Remixing is a core part of Scratch. No support.
