Peculiar choice for a bad [img] URL (forum-related).

I was writing a topic, and when I clicked submit the editor told me my images had a bad URL. I was confused, as I used one of the most popular image uploading sites (imgur.com), so I thought it wasn't the best choice for a bad URL.

I would just like to ask, is there a reason for this unusual section? It doesn't make sense to me, but perhaps there is something about it that I don't know of. Information, please?

(I think this is the right place for a topic like this, although I don't know. I'm not quite so accustomed to this forum.)
