Projects added to studios without permission...
Because I am against “Add Everything” studios, I have requested that it is not added to those studios, in the project notes. However:

The “Projects I have Curated” one is OK, because it is stuff 7734f curated.
I asked for it to be removed from a studio, and I got

What can I do?

I'd probably report the studio because they've added your project without your permission, but I don't know if that's the right thing to do.
I'd like a request to add to studio feature, but even a remove from studio feature would be helpful.

Technically, though, not that I'm siding against you, they still have a right to. Just like how if someone says “no remixing” you still can.

Why…why? I meant, I don't care anyone add my projects to “Add ‘em all” studios. And I think you don’t have right to report them… Though you still have the right to ask them to remove your project. But I suggest you speak clearly why you want it to be removed.
And add that the project is yours. People might not checked to who the project belongs, but if you say this, they might agree with you and approve it.

I see what you mean, but remixing is an educational tool, while adding every single project to a gallery is pointless, so we should be able to restrict it. Technically, though, not that I'm siding against you, they still have a right to. Just like how if someone says “no remixing” you still can.

..but this is different. They add the Project itself NOT a remix. Making a remix and Technically, though, not that I'm siding against you, they still have a right to. Just like how if someone says “no remixing” you still can.then adding it to the studio would,in my opinion,be more honest.
And my definition of a remix is when there has been a meaningful change.(for example, ading a “when gf clicked” would not make a difference)

I say you should have an option that makes it so they have to ask you if they want to add your project to their studio…
The reason I want it to be toggle-able is that I don't want all those messages. If somebody wants to add my project to an “ADD EVERYTHING!” studio, they can go right ahead, but they can't make me care.

Projects added to studios without permission...
Wow…
I can't believe that ats-II would refuse to remove your project.
If I were you, I would ask to be a curator so that if your projects got added you could delete them. If they still say no then I would tell an admin like Lightnin that they are putting your project in there studio without permission. That should get the project off. Sorry that they are doing that to you, I would never do that to someone. Maybe the ST should consider removing all of the “Add Every Project” studios. BTW I know why you don't like the “Add Everything” studios. I don't like them too much either. But the main point that this problem brings up is that you can add whoever's project you want even if they don't want you to. Well, good luck getting your project out of the studios!

Well, the ST doesn't have the time to moderate all these cases. And removing every “ADD EVRYTHING!!!!!!!!!!1” studio would take a lot of hard work, and those studios would still keep popping up. And as an ST member said, they don't really violate any community guidelines. Plus, who would want to curate an AE studio if they don't want their projects there? Plus, being curator would give you a notification for every time there is activity on the studio.
My idea is to have a project author be able to remove their projects from studios without consulting the studio curators. Perhaps even have an “ask permission” feature(as suggested before), so that if you want people to ask your permission before adding a project, you can enforce it.

why doesn't the ST just not allow people to add projects they didn't make that would be so much easier !!!!!

We've already implemented a similar solution - the owner of a project can remove it from a studio if they so desire. This is a pretty old thread, so please make sure your post is still relevant before you comment on an old thread.Wow…

As for this thread, at this point in time we don't want any more drama to be stirred up over AE studios, and don't feel that further discussion of the issue would be productive considering the solution that's been implemented. Closing.
