Make your own language!
The post side from you is also about languages. Creating a language can prove to be incredibly difficult. Considering there's thousands upon thousands of words to create, it will take a lot of time and patience, unless you, for whatever reason, consider a bunch of random characters (e.g.: odijgeruhb) to be a word. Another problem of course is getting it to catch on; you could spend forever working on a language, only for it to be forgotten about.
Personally, I had an idea for a language that is made entirely out of prefixes and suffixes. I haven't really thought about it much, however.
ex
ja — agree; agreement (from Middle English yes)
na — disagree; disagreement [from Lation non)
So a word beginning with ‘ja’ would mean that it is in agreement with something; ‘ja’ by itself would simply mean ‘yes’. Similarly, a word beginning with ‘na’ would is in disagreement, with ‘na’ by itself meaning ‘no’.
si — one (from Latin singulus)
bi — two (from Latin bini)
te — three (from Latin terni)
qu — four (from Latin quaterni)
pe — five (from Greek penta)
he — six (from Greek hexa)
se — seven (from Latin septem)
oc — eight (from Greek okta)
no — nine (from Latin nonus)
de — ten (from Greek deka)
Digits join together for higher numbers (e.g.: quse = 47)
as — up [from Latin ascendit)
de — down [from Latin descendit)
re — left [from Latin reliquit)
ju — right [from Latin jus)
That's all I have for now. I can't quite concentrate enough to make any more currently.
Also, what's zero?

Make your own language!
I'm currently creating a language (if you didn't already know), but it isn't quite working out. I don't even have a name for it yet. My language uses its own alphabet (with some letters taken from English), so I can't exactly post in my language. But I can post the English equivalents. The letters:
Vowels:
A - pronounced “aa” as in “base”
a - pronounced “ah” as in “apple”
E - pronounced “ee” as in “see”
e - pronounced “eh” as in “bet”
I - pronounced “ii” as in “lie”
i - pronounced “ih” as in “kit”
O - pronounced “oo” as in “boot”
o - pronounced “oh” as in “tow”
U - pronounced “uu” as in “universe”
u - pronounced “uh” as in “cut”
ua- with c/k, pronounced like “q”
Consonants (same as English unless noted):
b
c/k - acts like K unless followed by consonant, then acts like C (see “ua” above)
d
g
h
j
k
l
m
n
p
r
s
t
v
Words so far (English equivalents):
salo - hello/hi
leksik - word/words (no plurals in my language)
tolI - I/me
tul - us/we
jol - you
masin - him/her (with prefix)
mavin - they
Prefixes:
sE - female prefix (used with masin)
ki - male prefix (used with masin)
bit - before
ket - after
Note: mavin and jol can also have a prefix, like kimavin would translate (roughly) as “the guys” and sEjol would translate as “you girls”.

Thar - makes a /thr/ sound. Will be represented by &. Goes between v and w
NUMBERS:

I'm making a new language but the letters are different and you have to put a dot between letters. Rule:
a=k q=p
b=i r=x
c=s s=r
d=h t=j
e=th u=s
f=u v=c
g=d w=t
h=ch x=d
i=v y=w

Now lets right sentences

Most sentences are structured like so:
Subject: Date/Time: Predicate: Place
Adjectives always come after the noun they describe, adverbs come after their verb, etc.
The sentence “Yesterday, the carefree girl ran fast in the park” can be translated to “Vojo hosom desigosii (subject: the carefree girl) zitovisofez (date/time: yesterday) sap'el getov (predicate: ran fast) ot vojo quesol (place: in the park).
Sentences do not have to have all of these parts.
The suffix -el shows that verbs are in the past tense.
Run= sap
Ran= sap'el
Say= tez
Said= tez'el
The suffix -it shows that nouns are plural.
Scratch Cat= Todosevodoj dev
Scratch Cats= Todosevodoj dev'it

The suffix -em indicates possesion.

Questions are defined by an ”a“ at the end of a sentence, pronounced ”ah“. Questions that end with ”shev“ (what), ”shisi“ (where), ”ship“ (when), ”shu“ (who), and ”jux“ (how) are considered questions by default and thus have no ”a".

Another thing which isn't mine. I really like it though. It's more of an alphabet than a real language but whatever. Called Elian. Has some possibilities to be used more artistically than regular writing, because of how the rules are defined.

I created a language called potato. Potato is an extremely simple language.
To convert a phrase from English to Banana, first remove all captials.
All instances of “the” become “a”. Commas get replaced with and, and Full Stops (periods, I'll use full stops because I use British English) get removed. Purals get removed.
All double letters become single letters. All numbers are removed and replaced with specific letters along with non-alphanumeric characters. All adjectives get removed and verbs go before the noun. There are no pronouns.
Then, convert it to binary!
Also, the 0's and 1's get converted to…
0 = .
1 = %
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

Geol
This language has been overhauled as of 27/04/15.
This is speaking about Northern Geol. If you want to learn Southern Geol for use in the Southern Hemisphere, swap all N's and S's.
Constructed, compact language based on compass directions. It's based on time like sunrise, day, sunset, night, but with directions thrown in for fun, and confusion of Northern Geol with Southern Geol.
Alphabet
Structure
A phrase in Geol is composed of four or five Geol letters.
Another example: eswds means “I benefit you in the day.”
Numbers
Geol uses a base 4 number system with R, U, L, and D, representing the non-compass directions of right, up, left and down respectively.
