How do I download a Scratch project?
I want to have an actual project as my profile picture. Is it possible to download a project and then upload it to Scratch?

How do I download a Scratch project?
you can't use a scratch project as your profile picture, as scratch projects aren't actually pictures 
If you want an animated avatar, you might want to look into animated gifs
