Sorry - this is rejected.

We feel that it would potentially create a lot of drama with some Scratchers that are focused too much on the number of followers they have. Scratchers should always feel free to follow or unfollow Scratchers as their interests change, without feeling guilty about it. Remember that Scratch is for learning, sharing, and having fun - it's not about the number of followers.
