when i get on messages, check them, and get off the mesages are still marked as unread but i read them and however many times i click on them it wont go away.

Are you sure the We-Do is fixed? If I start a new project, the green light turns on to let me know the We-Do is connected and ready to run. If I try to connect the We-Do to any other existing project (including my new project after I've left and closed the browser and then re-opened it etc.), I only get a Red light saying the plugin is not installed. I reinstalled the plugin twice, re-started the computer even but can't get the Green or Yellow light back. If I start a new project, all of a sudden I get the Green We-Do light back. I also stop and restart projects, unplug and replug We-Do to try to get the Green/Yellow light, but it doesn't work. I tried both Chrome and Safari browsers on Mac (Maverick).
