Project editor won't load

My project can can't load. And whenever I click the project it shows a blank screen.

and…
whenever I go to SEE INSIDE it shows 1 background and sprite

Then like after 3 min. it says PROJECT CAN'T LOAD, SAVE ANYWAY WHATV. Why does it say “whatv”?

It's a bug with your cache. If you have a previous version of the editor it won't load the whole project. You'll need to clear your cache in order to view projects fresh and new again.

I don't have Firefox on this computer–just Chrome and IE9.

It's worth noting that IE9 x64 had some problems with the flash viewer on the old website–crashing for certain projects–but that problem would come and go, seemingly randomly. I hadn't seen that problem for a long time, and it was nothing like this.
