I personally think that the

<is rank [ v]>

Block can help many people making multiplayer games. This can tell the game to report the player that they're a new scratcher and they can't use cloud data. I have already made a project that I implemented a way for the game to tell if the player can change the cloud data, but if two people check at the same time the cloud data would get messed up and any future players would experience issues playing the game. This will make an easy way to find the players rank and do something based off of it. As showed above I agree this can be used to insult players depending on their rank but this block can also help many people who are new to scratch find ranks of people and do some that is NOT OFFENSIVE to the player.

this could be used to make projects only avaible to a certain group, for example, new scratchers. so
