No, you'll have to save the picture as a file in your computer.
He knows that you can't, he's asking for an option to do so.
This is for suggestions

Ah, I forgot to explain.

My bad
I totally don't support. What's easier for a troll? Download an inappropriate image or copying and pasting the link for it?

But it IS possible to paste a pic from the internet. You just have to paste it into Microsoft Paint first and then save it as a PNG or a JPG file. Right click on the internet pic to copy it to your clipboard for pasting. Or use the Windows 7 snipping tool and bypass Microsoft Paint completely.

It's actually not possible to copy a picture directly from the internet yet. This thread is suggesting that we add that feature. If you want to use a picture you found on the internet as your profile picture, you need to download it and then upload it to Scratch. These are the exact steps- how do you copy a picture from the internet I tried it did not work people are saying how to do it but I do not understand? be specific tell me how to.
- Right-click (or long-press if you're using a touchscreen) on the image and select the option to download the image. This option is usually labeled “save image” or “save image as.”
Note- You should probably save it somewhere you can easily find it again. If your computer/phone didn't ask you where you wanted to save the image, then you will need to follow the extra steps after step 3. - Go to your profile page and click on your profile picture. A file browser should appear.
Note- If you are on mobile, then your phone's gallery or pictures app should pop up. You also might instead see a menu of apps asking which app you want to select an image from. If you see that menu instead of your phone's gallery app, then look for a gallery or picture app in that list, and tap on it. You should now see your phone's gallery or pictures app. Once you see that app, continue following these steps. - Navigate to the folder or photo album that you saved the picture in. Select the picture you downloaded. You may have to confirm your selection by clicking a confirmation button, like “Open.”
Extra steps- If your computer/phone didn't ask you where you wanted to save the picture, and you don't know where it was saved, look around for a “Downloads” or “Pictures” folder. It will probably be there. You can also try searching for the file (if your browser has a search bar).
