No, you'll have to save the picture as a file in your computer.

He knows that you can't, he's asking for an option to do so.

This is for suggestions

Ah, I forgot to explain.

My bad

I totally don't support. What's easier for a troll? Download an inappropriate image or copying and pasting the link for it?

But it IS possible to paste a pic from the internet. You just have to paste it into Microsoft Paint first and then save it as a PNG or a JPG file. Right click on the internet pic to copy it to your clipboard for pasting. Or use the Windows 7 snipping tool and bypass Microsoft Paint completely.

It's actually not possible to copy a picture directly from the internet yet. This thread is suggesting that we add that feature. If you want to use a picture you found on the internet as your profile picture, you need to download it and then upload it to Scratch. These are the exact steps-
  1. Right-click (or long-press if you're using a touchscreen) on the image and select the option to download the image. This option is usually labeled “save image” or “save image as.”
Note- You should probably save it somewhere you can easily find it again. If your computer/phone didn't ask you where you wanted to save the image, then you will need to follow the extra steps after step 3.
  2. Go to your profile page and click on your profile picture. A file browser should appear.
Note- If you are on mobile, then your phone's gallery or pictures app should pop up. You also might instead see a menu of apps asking which app you want to select an image from. If you see that menu instead of your phone's gallery app, then look for a gallery or picture app in that list, and tap on it. You should now see your phone's gallery or pictures app. Once you see that app, continue following these steps.
  3. Navigate to the folder or photo album that you saved the picture in. Select the picture you downloaded. You may have to confirm your selection by clicking a confirmation button, like “Open.”
Extra steps- If your computer/phone didn't ask you where you wanted to save the picture, and you don't know where it was saved, look around for a “Downloads” or “Pictures” folder. It will probably be there. You can also try searching for the file (if your browser has a search bar).
Those instructions should work for most computers/phones/tablets, and should definitely work as long as you are using Windows, Mac, Android, or iOS. If you aren't using one of those, then the actual steps might vary a bit, but should be about the same.
