Other Places/Methods to Receive Scripting Help

You may have been programming a Scratch project and gotten confused. You may have come across a bug and have had no idea how to fix it. Don't worry! Stuff like this happens all the time to programmers, so don't feel ashamed if you need help. I have compiled a list of other places to receive help. Remember to always try posting here first, before you go elsewhere! This list is for when this subforum doesn't work.
Note 1: The following methods are not ordered in any specific way.
Note 2: This was originally posted back in 2017, and since then it has become severely outdated. I've updated it in 2019 to bring it up to speed.
Note 3: Re-Updated in 2020. The old version is here for historic purposes.

1. This Forum Section (Help With Scripts, or HWS)
Always try making a topic here first with your problem. Here are some general guidelines to follow while asking for help:
Make the subject clear - Make sure the subject clearly summarizes the issue, so other Scratchers know what they're getting into.
Make it easy to understand the problem - Over explaining is better than under. To help, scratchers need to know exactly what's going wrong.
Link the project - The general rule: no link, no help. If the project isn't ready, share it on an alt-account! You need to link the project.
You may not get a response at first. Be patient! Bump your topic to get it noticed. If you don't get a response, then you can move on down the list.

2. Studios!
A more recent development has been the rise of Help Studios! These studios act much like the HWS forum but are aimed at bringing more personal help by an individual or a team. These studios are great if you aren't finding what you're looking for on the HWS forum. The only downside is that these studios often fade away as scratchers leave. That is why I have compiled a list of active ones! Please reply below (without quoting this post) if you have more to add or find that some have died off.
Help With Scratch! This studio has a team of 50+ scratchers ready to help with projects! Comment your problem and link, and you're all set!

3. Shops
Sometimes it's a little hard to describe shops to New Scratchers, so I'll try my best. If you want an extensive rundown of shops, check out the guide to shops in the requests subforum. Shops are regular forum threads in the Request section where scratchers help with projects. There are likely order forums for you to fill out. They may ask you for your username, what the code is trying to do, and what's going wrong. Simply post your forum in the thread, and another Scratcher who “works” at the shop will help you. (Most) shops are completely free and will get back to you quickly.
4. Other Projects
If you are looking for a script that might already be made, do a quick search for it and you might find it! You don't need to be super specific when searching. For example, if you're looking for a text engine, then all you have to type is “text engine”. There are millions of Scratch projects out there, and the search bar helps you narrow them down. The search bar is located at the top of the page, and looks like this:
5. Official Scratch Wiki
Everything you would ever need to know about Scratch can be found on the Wiki. It is made by Scratchers and contains neat, detailed descriptions (With pictures!) about almost everything Scratch. It has block descriptions as well, which come in handy if you want to know what a certain block does! Like the main Scratch website, the Wiki has a search bar as well! Use it to search the wiki pages and quickly find what you're looking for.
6. Pseudocode
Pseudocode is code written into English. Lots of pseudocode is available online! Google search what you're looking for and add “pseudocode” to the end. Then just recreate the pseudocode in Scratch! Pseudocode is best with common functions that have been implemented before elsewhere.
7. Built-In Tutorial Menu
If your looking for help with project tutorials, go to the Scratch editor screen and you'll see a button that says ‘Tutorials’ with a little lightbulb. This contains Project Tutorials developed by the Scratch Team. You can also check out the Ideas page, which contains starter projects, guides, and more tutorials.
8. Questions About Scratch Forum (For General Questions) and Advanced Topics
If you need something general answered, please the options above. If your question is advanced (such as relating to Scratch's API), then post in the Advanced Topics section.

Other Places/Methods to Receive Scripting Help

Vous avez peut-être programmé un projet Scratch et vous vous êtes embrouillé. Vous êtes peut-être tombé sur un bug et vous n'avez aucune idée de la façon de le corriger. Ne t'inquiète pas ! Des choses comme ça arrivent tout le temps aux programmeurs, alors n'ayez pas honte si vous avez besoin d'aide. J'ai compilé une liste d'autres endroits pour recevoir de l'aide. N'oubliez pas de toujours essayer de poster ici d'abord, avant d'aller ailleurs ! Cette liste est pour quand ce sous-forum ne fonctionne pas.
Remarque 1 : Les méthodes suivantes ne sont pas commandées de manière spécifique.
Note 2 : Cela a été publié à l'origine en 2017, et depuis lors, il est devenu très obsolète. Je l'ai mis à jour en 2019 pour le mettre à jour.
Note 3 : Mise à jour en 2020. L'ancienne version est ici à des fins historiques.

1. Cette section du forum (Help With Scripts, ou HWS)
Essayez toujours de créer un sujet ici d'abord avec votre problème. Voici quelques directives générales à suivre lorsque vous demandez de l'aide :
Rendre le sujet clair - Assurez-vous que le sujet résume clairement le problème, afin que les autres Scratchers sachent dans quoi ils s'embarquent.
Faites-le comprendre facilement le problème - Il vaut mieux expliquer en trop qu'en dessous. Pour aider, les grattoirs doivent savoir exactement ce qui ne va pas .
Lier le projet - La règle générale : pas de lien, pas d'aide. Si le projet n'est pas prêt, partagez-le sur un compte alternatif ! Vous devez lier le projet.
Il se peut que vous n'obtienniez pas de réponse au début. Sois patient ! Cognez votre sujet pour le faire remarquer. Si vous n'outenez pas de réponse, vous pouvez passer à la liste.
2. Studios !
Un développement plus récent a été l'essor de Help Studios ! Ces studios agissent un peu comme le forum HWS, mais visent à apporter plus d'aide personnelle d'un individu ou d'une équipe. Ces studios sont excellents si vous ne trouvez pas ce que vous cherchez sur le forum HWS. Le seul inconvénient est que ces studios s'estompent souvent au fur et à mesure que les grattoirs partent. C'est pourquoi j'ai compilé une liste des actifs ! Veuillez répondre ci-dessous (sans citer ce message) si vous avez plus à ajouter ou si vous constatez que certains sont morts.
Aide Avec Scratch ! Ce studio dispose d'une équipe de plus de 50 grattoirs prêts à aider avec des projets ! Commentez votre problème et votre lien, et vous êtes prêt !
Le centre de débogage et d'aide ! Je meurs lentement, mais j'ai offert une grande aide ! (R.I.P.)

3. Magasins
Parfois, il est un peu difficile de décrire les magasins à New Scratchers, alors je ferai de mon mieux. Si vous voulez un vaste aperçu des magasins, consultez le guide des magasins dans le sous-forum des demandes. Les magasins sont des fils de discussion réguliers dans la section Demande où les grattoirs aident avec les projets. Il y a probablement des forums de commande que vous devez remplir. Ils peuvent vous demander votre nom d'utilisateur, ce que le code essaie de faire et ce qui ne va pas. Il suffit de poster votre forum dans le fil de discussion, et un autre Scratcher qui “travaille” à la boutique vous aidera. (La plupart) des magasins sont entièrement gratuits et vous reviendront rapidement.
4. Autres projets
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un script qui pourrait déjà être fait, faites une recherche rapide et vous pourriez le trouver ! Vous n'avez pas besoin d'être très précis lors de la recherche. Par exemple, si vous recherchez un moteur de texte, tout ce que vous avez à taper est “moteur de texte”. Il y a des millions de projets Scratch, et la barre de recherche vous aide à les réduire. La barre de recherche est située en haut de la page et ressemble à ceci :
5. Wiki officiel Scratch
Tout ce que vous auriez besoin de savoir sur Scratch se trouve sur le Wiki. Il est fabriqué par Scratchers et contient des descriptions soignées et détaillées (avec des images !) À propos de presque tout Scratch. Il a également des descriptions de blocs , qui sont utiles si vous voulez savoir ce que fait un certain bloc ! Comme le site Web principal de Scratch, le Wiki a également une barre de recherche ! Utilisez-le pour rechercher les pages wiki et trouver rapidement ce que vous cherchez.

Le pseudocode est un code écrit en anglais. Beaucoup de pseudocode sont disponibles en ligne ! Recherchez sur Google ce que vous cherchez et ajoutez un “pseudocode” à la fin.
