Trying to make a 3D, scrolling back and forth, platformer game! please sign up to help!

I was hoping to make the very first, scrolling, 3D platformer game for scratch, but then I realized I could not do it alone.

So, I need some help to make these parts of it below:

I sorta know a little about how to render a 3D world, but I don't know how collision detecting would work and it's kind of glitchy, but I could help if you wanted, I would want to be a level designer, 3D engine creator (obviously), and physics engine person. (would this game have velocity) oh and FYI, the engine I know does not have filled in shapes unless you make that with pen, uhgg. Lot's of

well we are really making it 3D not “2.5 D” as some people would call it, so we are not just going looking like 3D it's reall 3D like this project of mine https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/56536714/

I know but if the image were to rotate on the Y axis. Then I could photoshop the image to make it look like it would rotate on a plane that couldn't happen in normal scratch. You can only rotate on the X axis.
