No. None of the extensions in Scratch or Scratch Lab have a steering wheel extension. You have to remap it to keyboard inputs.

I think making sturf in the real world with one of the extensions, (i think force & acceleration works, and microbit)

Its possible, you can use a micro:bit (its fairly cheap) and tape it to a cardboard steering wheel. The :bit can detect stuff so it would actually detect motion. You could hook up some buttons (you will need to get them from online stores, I reccomend a fruit which involves Ada, whatever that means.)
and use alligator clips to connect them and make a honk!

No, I don’t think so. I’m sure you could 3d print a gadget that Wouk allow you to do that if you have a 3d printer.
