Storyline
Oooh yes I like the idea of incorporating the characters into the storyline! I think it would be easiest to put Maelle, Lune, Sciel, and Gustave on the expedition and Verso on the continent like in Expedition 33, especially if we’re going to reveal the truth! I like the idea of revealing it through the various expedition journals of those who’d come before as well, I think that would be really cool and also a nice touch for the game. We don’t have to write 81 journals or anything, but we could write some? I think we could also just go with written dialogue for the storyline characters but I’m open to roleplay as well!

I don’t think that they should be decimated the moment they arrive on the continent, since the expedition would still end up being fairly large. But maybe another disaster could hit them - maybe we could still have the Axons or Nevrons attack them but we have a writing activity to fend them off with minimal losses?

Regarding the truth, I think it would be nice to reveal the whole truth and then maybe have a happier ending for Maelle/Alicia and Verso - perhaps Maelle/Alicia decides to go back but the canvas isn’t destroyed, and Maelle vista every now and again?
