Is there a Scratch “text” editor that support .sb3 IMPORTING ?

TB3 supports importing and exporting both ways.

Except it hasn't really been working consistently recently.

Importing doesn't work properly yet – but if you find any issues not related to importing existing projects, please report them in the TB3 topic.
