Add "ai assisted" warning to projects when ai is added

Y'know, to avoid confusion.
I know this is stupid because people could fake not using ai, but don't put no support because of that.
Edit: I must also add that the state of california requires something like this.

I don’t want to find a cool project and find out the creator is lying that they made it and instead an ai made it.
Also, if 1 mil people monthly (I doubt but it’s possible) were to use the AI, Scratch would actually be a violation under California law where sites that have generative AI must put watermarks on AI work if the site has 1mil or more active monthly user.

Support. I think part of the reason users are against a CLA is the fact that the projects they see might not be made by the Scratcher, but by the AI. This might help cool some of the controversy.

Add "ai assisted" warning to projects when ai is added

Support. It's good to have an indicator that AI was used.
Only con is that I can see people shunning projects that have it.

Not quite sure if this would work: The code generated using AI can be copied into another project.

I agree with this suggestion as hateful comments resulting from it being on a project can be effectively moderated via reporting them. There should be a popup explaining this, though, maybe something to the effect of
Since you are using the CLA to help make this project, it will have a label that says the CLA assisted you. If anyone puts hateful comments to you please report them

support ^_^ (but i think it could come with downsides of harassment and user divide as other people said, so it would need something like an encouragement to report hateful comments, as said by MagicCoder330)

This is a great idea because sometimes people want to reward people who did everything by themselves instead of AI.

Generative AI (as far as I'm aware) isn't going to be added to Scratch, so I don't think this is needed.

Add "ai assisted" warning to projects when ai is added

Painfully Support.
Tho it does raise the question what if people put it in a third party site, re-download it then again put it like that to counteract that (I feel like many users will report that user and I'm not worried for that reason)

No support.

The AI Chatbot can provide two things - bug fixes and access to other user's assets, two things that users can already access without the AI. While I agree that the assets should be automatically credited, which is something that should exist in scratch even without AI tools, I feel like this “AI Warning” would discriminate against beginners who are recieving help with their code and would discourage the usage of the chatbot - even though even the most experienced of programmers run into bugs - that's why platforms like Stack Exchange exist.

Overall - I don't think it is fair to discriminate against users that are receiving help with their programming through methods that the Scratch Team provided them with. I don't see this bot as any different then going to ask a more experienced friend why your code isn't working, which is certainly not something that would warrant a warning.

I do believe that people are fear mongering about this AI Assistant without looking into exactly what it will offer to the platform.

You can just backpack the stuff and take it out of the project.

Would this info be server saved?
If yes just download and upload again.

Also it's better to avoid hate comments instead of having to report them.
No support. Targeting will happen.
