Expand the community guidelines to explain that likes and faves and followers are not a currency.
I have already seen people use followers as for example a contest prize or asking to give likes and faves as a payment before doing something like drawing for you.

I feel the community guidelines should add a note that likes faves and followers aren't a currency or payment method and the scratch community doesn't work like that but how the focus is on creating and imagining and programming.

yeah

I mean it KINDA says this (“be honest”) and these projects do sometimes get taken down but “be honest” is VERY vague and most of the time they just stay up

Exactly!
The “be honest” can be anything and nothing at the same time. This is hard to interpret, especially for a site with clear rules.

I feel like the community guidelines needs to be more specific altogether.
