Scratch game in a different engine.

I would like to know, when i make a game in scratch, if i could make it a ‘real’ game outside of scratch (in a different engine).
And I would like to know if there are any problems, like licensing, or other stuff.

I'm fairly sure any game made using Scratch is under CC BY-SA 2.0, someone correct me if I'm wrong. So yes, you can.
