Right now, there is no feature for polls in Scratch Forums.
If you'd like to do it in a Scratch project, just create two cloud variables and two buttons and increase the count when a Scratcher presses it. Please note, cloud variables are down right now.

This is probably not allowed because loves and favorites are not intended to be used this way
