30 songs in a project - Does it make a project hard to access sometimes?
Alright so,
I dunno if its just the devices I use or not but, when I was at school and tryna access a project I was working on (It was a low-end Chromebook), but it froze the whole system up. I did it the day before and It didn't freeze up (I had like I think 27-29 songs in the project). Right now there is 30 songs in the project.
When I'm using my personal labtop, it loads the project, but it just takes a while. I've experienced something like this in the past, and I think that I had like 32 songs in that project, I dont remember.
So uh, does 30 songs in a project cause some problems?
(Sorry if this makes no sense)

Large projects will indeed be more difficult to load, and 30 songs is pretty large.

Yes, adding more sounds and costumes largely affect the time it takes for a project to load.
It depends on the size of the sounds you have. I'm pretty sure scratch has an easy time loading 30 default ‘pop’ sounds or sounds of that length, because that's what typically happens when a project has 30 sprites and the creator just forgot to delete all those sounds. Having longer sounds, minutes long, is what becomes an issue. 30 full-length songs will definitely take longer to load and may not even load up in some devices.
If you'd like to improve the loading time, you can try trimming the songs down to shorter lengths, or just reducing the number of sounds or costumes the project has.

Depends on the length of the tracks and your operating system/hardware.
I once encountered a project with about 600 different sound effects - it loaded fine. However, these were sound effects that ranged from half a second to 2 seconds.
Also, Chromebooks run on cardboard. Don't expect it to run anything more powerful than Snake.
