so I want to make a resturant game, keep in mind im a slightly poor coder in skills lol but I need some core gameplay mechanincs and some wild ones. ALL IDEAS ARE WELCOME (Except those that aren't)

well. let's see what madness i stir up this time
—Picking up ingredients and dishes makes them float behind you like you're playing Snake and (if it ain't too much work) you can trip up customers and cooks if you're not careful
—Customers can ask for additions to their food that you'll have to add in
—Once every four-to-six ingame days the Health Inspector shows up and you have to make sure your establishment is spotless or you'll get a horrid fine
—Customers can get food poisoning if you cook their meals wrong
—You have to order ingredients online and they'll be dropped outside; random bozos will take them if you leave them out too long
—There's a fire extinguisher in the kitchen that can be used as both a fire putter-outer and a thief deterrent
—Rival chefs will send in covert operatives to take your recipes
—Lakku the somewhat cute Monkey of Doom lives outside in the back alley and will take leftovers in exchange for usually delicious and…somewhat questionably edible recipes
—You can hire NPCs to work in your restaurant
—taxes (OH MY GODS THE PAIN)
—You can buy permits to use different ingredients and appliances
—If you're willing to shell out some extra bucks you can go to Big Joe's “Edible” Oddities website to buy probably safe ingredients (Dynamite pizza? Is that up to code?)
—Customers make this little babbling noise that's funny at first but slowly drives you insane
—Food critics will show up expecting your finest dishes and they bring epic rock music with them XD
—Pets are very much allowed because fun

oh uh that's supposed to go into your signature which shows up under every post you make, you can edit your signature at the bottom of the forum home page.
